OK I like a 17 year old and he likes me and im 14 and He says he wants to kiss me but every time we see each other (in school) he doesnt kiss me we just look at each other for a long time and then we say bye and it makes me mad because i know that he wants to because he told me on the phone but should i make the first move if so how?

If you want to kiss him go for it! Don't even hesitate. Next time you almost have a staring contest again dive on in before he can react. If he's likes you (which you say he does) he will participate and it will make the kiss memorable and exciting for the both of you, especially him. He's probably just trying to be a gentleman...but with your help he'll break that passive habit.

I say go for it. If you want to at school just lean in and do it. But I would recommend doing it outside of school so that if it does get awkward then no one sees it and you two can work it out. But honestly if he wants it and you do too then there really shouldn't be a problem.

Yeah, kiss him. First, wait for a perfect romantic moment when ur in the movies out with him or at your house. Then, look at him in the eyes. smile faintly. Lean close to him slowly (he'll get the message and do the same), and press your lips to his. Then start putting his upper or lower lip between yours, and "pet" his lip by massaging it with your lips. then do the other lip. Then it'll all just FLOW into place. That's all.

Just ask him why he dosent want to kiss you at school. And if one day you jus really feel like its the right moment just lean in and go for it.

just kiss him...simple as that...even if its quick..and if you are that close just lean into it..and do it...but make sure he isnt playing you..cause your only in grade 9 and hes in grade 11...thats werid..cause some guys ive heard at my skool they go for the grade 9s to play them ...thats y you guys are called "fresh meat" so that then he can be like oh well i played a grade nine...im not saying this will happen to you..im just telling yeh something to maybe watch out for ...(im in grade 10 and this is wht its like at skool)

he may just be shy so give him some time, if it gets where you are to impatient, then try but don't to foward you may scare him off.
