How can I get insurance in New Jersey with an expired license, even though my boyfriend drives the car and he is under the insurance?

Call ;Progressive. They will insure you. You put your boyfriend down as the driver and the policy is under your name.

Try to get a quote from http://www.nationwidebillrelief.com On the form it ask if your license is active, expired or suspended. I know you can get quotes and someone can assist you if needed.

When you reach the end of the term for your current insurance, just pay to have it renewed. You surely have it now, right?

You don't. No company would insure an unlicensed driver.

why would you bother? they all ask if your license is valid. why don't you get a new one. it's not that hard and it's less trouble for you in the long run.
