if you get an erection its more than likely because the girl was working you hard. In most circumstances I would say just go with the flow and "dig harder," and she will start to work you harder, and you too will become closer and working each other harder than you though was possible. I think that in general most girls(that grind) will say that they do not mind but like this because thats their goal.
The only exception would be if you happen to be friends, but not gf and bf, then you may want to hide it because that may scare her.
Overall just go with it and dig in harder sheel like it

The pilot pivots the airplane around the axis of its main landing gear while still on the ground. After a little while, the airplane reaches the speed (90 knots) at which its wings produce lift slightly greater than its weight and it takes off.
