I drink 60 oz of water per day, eat two oranges and and an apple in the day and poached chicken with frozen vegies for dinner and use the eliptical for an hour each night. I have been doing exactly that since thanksgiving and have lost 7ibs. will doing the eliptical tonight help or can i take a night off?

oh yeah i take a multi vitiman in the morning and wiegh 170 now.

Take a night off from the eliptical and do some toning exercises such as cruches, push ups, and weight lifting.

Yes have a break... have 2 or 3 nights break if you like! You only have to exercise 3 - 5 times per week max to maintain a healthy weight. You are also eating healthy so you will not put on weight if you have 1 or 2 nights off. Congratulations to you for choosing a healthy lifestyle :)
