I have had this twitchy nerve in my left eyelid for about two weeks and it's driving me mad.
It cant be seen but as i can feel it i think others can see it.
How can i stop it from twitching ?

Yes, I hate that! It does it to me sometimes, too. I had an eye doc tell me once that it's due to lack of sleep and/or stress. Maybe you need to evaluate some things and see if it's related to one of those- then go from there.

If your eyelid is twiching, gently massage the area. Take a lot of rest. Avoid fatigue, stress and Caffeine and too much chocolate (& alcohol). These can aggravate minor tics and twitches. Use of some medicinal drugs may cause facial tics and twitches.
Twitches caused by stress and fatigue (or by some drugs) disappear with removal of the cause.
For persistent tics and twitches you should see a doctor for check-up to ensure it is not a symptom of some serious thing to come.

I would assume you haven't been sleeping. Or you're stressed. Try getting a few nights of real good sleep. Go to sleep at 9 or 10. You'll feel refreshed. If your stressed, get your mind off of things.
