How are you going to get a realistic answer? I you can't read, you won't be on this website. All your answerers are just guessing.

If you couldn't read and you were hired to work on an assembly line, for example. I was your trainer and I showed you what to do, how to do it and it's the same thing everyday. Do you think you need to read in order to follow what I have trained you to do?
People who can't read do know enough to get by. They can learn from observation or others and watch for the benefits and dangers of their actions. They ask questions and remember the answers. Their major crisis would appear when they are required to read legal documents which could effect their lives. But they usually have another person they depend on to read for them. Many manage very well in life.

Some have kind-hearted people to read to them the food boxes, there are jobs out there that do not require reading.

When you work the fry station, you dont have to read, but you still get some kind of compensation.

just like lazy people.some things are ment for not reading like
sign language.just think.e4ven if my brother can't read,he cuold still be smart.

they have jobs that don't require them to read. like wash dishes. construction. day laborers. janitors.
