1 year? i dont kno how old you are, but that happens in high school like all the time, i dated a junior when i was a sophmore. i would say you can go out with him absolutly, guys dont really care about that if they really likes you. so good luck!

go on! i'm 19, and i'm with my second boyfriend who's 8 months younger than me. my first boyfriend from two yrs ago, was a yr and a half younger than me. i seem to be attracted to the younger guys. i haven't yet found a guy i thought was totally hot, who was older than me.

are you already his friend? if you are just say somthing like, "hey, heres my number, call me" or "wanna go to the next basketball game with me?"
if not then you can start out being his friend then slowley make your way up.
