OK My boyfriend and I love each other and want to get married but he wants to wait on til he can give me a wedding i been wanted but i really dont care much for the wedding I just want tomarry him. Anyways I know its a sin to have sex and not to be married and i feel bad knowing that i know and not being married.My question is that I'm i sinning even if its not my fault were not married The lord knows i want to and he knows we are as if were married anyways. Please answer I really need to know.

If you don't want the big wedding, tell your boyfriend how you feel and by all means, tell him how you feel about having sex without marriage. You know that it is a sin and that is really bothering you. Tell your boyfriend that no more sex until marriage. If you two are that much in love, he will understand. We have an awesome God and ask yourself "are you living as God would?" Sometimes we try to justify what we are doing, saying God knows and yes he does know, but he also knows we are still sinning. First off, if you don't want to wait for a big wedding - don't. Just pick a date and have a simple ceremony - then you can have something fancy for the renewal of the vows in a year, two years, five years, or whenever. The wedding isn't as important as the marriage. Another question is whether or not he is ready to get married - perhaps the "wedding" excuse is just a way to postopne the event indefnintely.
Second - only YOU know how lord feels about you. If you have a personal connection to him, you will know whether or not what you're doing is a "sin". Don't let anyone else tell you or preach to you what lord does or does not want you to do, because NO ONE can know that for sure; all each one of us can do is interpret things in our own way. Take responsibility for your own choices, do what feels right to you - and you will not regret anything. Your faith can guide you to be a better person, but it cannot dictate in minute detail how to live your life; you have to make your own decisions.

It's not a sin if you love him. My friend Sam's parents didn't get married until he was twelve years old and now he's sixteen. I you love him and know that you're going to get married and it's not just to have sex to have it. I would say that you should pray and tell god this very thing. I think he knows it, but it's good to go to him.(But that's just me, the Christ addict, talking) ;-)

Are you ready for marriage? How old are you? Do you both have a job? Can you handle the expenses? The 'wedding feast' should not be as important as the marriage itself. Please don't rush into marriage if you're not sure.
