I wouldn't call him a joke only because he has solid power. The rest of his game lacks. He has no stamina, is muscle-bound which ends up tiring him out, and he has no true skills to box. Briggs can beat Maskaev and Valuev due to the fact those two fighters have the exact problems he has and survive by punching hard (Maskev) or having a size advantage (Valuev). Briggs has both size and power. Vlad though would be able to beat all these fighters. He is the class of the field. The problem is he has a suspect chin that would give Briggs a chance if Briggs came out firing early.
