I am sorry to say NO. Some people are just going to be smaller than some and some people will not hit there peek in growth untill they are in the late teens and early 20's Good Luck.

Not unless you want to grow out, in which case you could eat every hour on the hour and have great success.

well you could sit up straight, make sure you get lots of calcium and avoid soda/caffeine. That won;t make you grow but it should allow you to grow to your fullest potential
