There is no 'best' way for everyone. One person may get very healthy benefit from eating only 600 calories per day, which would make them lose weight but this can be unhealthy for another person. Nobody can answer this question for you the way you asked it, not even a professional in medicine because they know nothing about you.
If you eat less than you burn, you will lose weight there is no getting around that. Exercise also is good for you and keeps your body looking and feeling great. Talk to your doctor about an exercise program if you are new, and if you have trouble motivating yourself to workout (usually people do) then see a psychologist because they can help people get motivated to do stuff.
If you are thinking about getting a personal trainer, you should know that most of them do not know what they are talking about although some are really good. You have a good chance of picking a good one if you see somebody who is an exercise physiologist, a physical therapist can give you a referral for one in your area.

Hai,
There is a great way to reduce weight in easy way.I consulted the nutriton consultant at pearlsawme@yahoo.co.in who is working for a MNS company. I started that three weeks ago. Now i have reduced 10 pounds in a short period. I neednt cut my favourite foods. Also i am very healthy without harming my nutrition effects and with no excercise at all with just normal activities. I know i may sound like the ads comes onTV. which is what i thought too when i heard. But know i know the truth since I am a biotechnologist and i understood the words of the consultant. u can mail the person above or ask me too. amuthaswami@gmail.com

Slowly. Your goal should be one to two pounds a week. Don't drop out food groups just eat smaller portions more often. Stick to healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy's (preferably with 2% or less fat) and grains that are whole wheat. Try to avoid excessive fat or carbs keeping your fat in take to 20% or less of your daily diet. Also add exercise to your diet. Start with just a daily walk around the block or a few laps in a pool and slowly work your way up to running or a class that interests you. Do not try fad diets or ones that guarantee a crazy weight loss quickly even if it does work it doesn't mean that it is healthy. Good luck, I will pray for you.

There are allot of different places out there that will lose your weight...for $$$
There is a place called Losing Weight With Family. It is a group from MSN.
I lost 58 lbs with thier help.
Of course.....It was ME that lost it.
You really have to be serious and know that there are going to be some downfalls and really wrotten days...but hey...that's a part of life anyway.
Just be patient with yourself and watch what you eat and especially how much!
Eat nothing more than what will fit in the palm of your hand...not including the fingers. haha serioulsy.
Try that site that I gave you and see if it's for you.
Good luck and hang in there!

The best way to lose weight is to eat organic, healthy food, get plenty of exercise, eat only when you are hungry and maintain a light heart.

Peace!

Diet and exercise combined. I have done weight watchers in the past and they teach you how to eat healthy, so that you don't gain your weight back once you reach your goal. I am sure that there are other programs to help, if you feel you can't do it alone.

excercise and change your diet. Eat more times a day, like snacking...this boosts metabolism. Rather than eating maybe 2 big meals in a day. And it can be a granola bar, banana, maybe some wheat thins...and at dinner just have a meat and a veggie.
Cut back on carbs. But i knew some one that didn't exercise and just changed his eating habits and he lost 30lbs!

first of all, dont buy any stupid **** like 'dave' says. keep a strict diet and exercise as much as possible. try running, biking, jump rope, sit ups, push ups, anything that will make you sweat. exercise is important but without a good diet, its almost pointless. dont eat fast-food or fried crap, just keep it healthy.
