Friday night, I noticed that I'd begun to develop a low grade fever. By Saturday evening, I saw the fever rise to 102.3, accompanied by the usual dehydration, aches, sweating and chills. The fever broke Sunday afternoon. It's now Tuesday and I still have the same headache and stiff neck that I'd begun to notice Saturday night.

Go to the doctor just to get checked you could have meningitis or something.

Another vote for meningitis -- get to a doctor NOW. Meningitis (an inflammation of the lining of the brain and spinal chord) is highly contagious, and some varieties can be fatal.
