just be polite and keep moving as you would with any coworker you simply recognize but aren't acquainted with
if they try to engage you in a conversation with social type questions, always say sorry I'm in a hurry each and every time

What a self-centered weenie you are, Dude!!! You should be treating EVERY WOMAN as if she were the most beautiful thing you ever beheld! Just cause you do doesn't mean you have to marry her, for God's sake! Just "make their day"...haven't you ever seen Hugh Grant movies??? Or James Bond? You never know when one of those ugly ducklings might take a notion to have a make-over! OMG that's completely horrible. Keep it short and friendly. That's all you can do besides saying..get the hell away from me. If they try to make advances just simply tell them you're not comfortable with dating people you work with. If you just so happen to having drinks with other office mates as a group make sure its a LARGE group.

Make sure you're known to be generally affable but not interested in any of them. Say Hi! if they greet you but don't make any further conversation with them.

Don't meet their eyes...just go about your business as if you have lots to do and are distracted with other things...
Eye contact will encourage smiles, and that could lead to them thinking the smiling guy is interested in them...

heres a simple solution.. get a freaking girlfriend so they wont bother you.. you dont even have to do anything, just say" look girl i have a girlfriend!" simple as that
