I keep mine in the fridge because I dont use it often and those little ughy buggies tend to get in....In the fridge, I think you can keep it forever!

If you freeze it then indefinitely or, also in the fridge but if you leave it out at room temperature they will have flour weevils hatch out eventually and then you might as well pitch it.
