All persons driving without insurance should be severely punished. Mostly those persons are DUI convicts, more than half of whom continue to drive without license or insurance, still drunk, killing our children.

An "Immigration Hold" or warrant is issued when an illegal is found in a county jail. This means after their county or state time is complete, they are paroled into ICE custody to await deportation. Some do slip through the cracks, but we have a lot of criminals and illegals overall. Popeye, your IP will be traced back an you WILL be caught!

If an illegal immigrant is caught drving without a license they should definitely be deported. They shouldn't be allowed to cross over the border anyway. The only thing they have done for us is take our money at Taco Bell.

Yes, All of the illegal aliens should be deported, but what are we going to do as long as our government keeps letting them in. We can't tell the illegal ones from the legal ones.

That's the problem. I have seen on the news police catching illegals for this offense and they give them a ticket and let them go. Like they are going to show up for court, LOL, yea riiiiiiiight. Why are they not upholding the law they swore to uphold. If they dont they should be fired for not doing there job. I believe they have been told not to so as not to OFFEND anyone. The problem is with the higher ups in the suits wanting all these illegals here for " Slavery " i mean cheaper labor.

All illegal aliens should be deported no matter whether they are driving or not. We need some sort of police that actually validates citizenship, it's obvious that immigration is going to continue, I just want to be getting the best of what Mexico has to offer, people that care and want to be part of our society and not leech off of us, instead, we get the broke, lacking education Mexicans that cross the border.

Anybody driving without a license or insurance should be subjected to the strictest penalty of the law. If the law says you have to be deported after breaking this law, if you are not a citizen- then so be it.
What would happen to one of us if we were in another country if this happened?

THEY GET THE BOOT, ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF DIFFERENT STATES WHOEVER DRIVE A VEHICLE WITHOUT A DRIVER LICENSE OR INSURANCE , THEY GET ARRESTED, AND PROCESSED, IF THEY HAVE NO PAPERS OF LEGALITY THEY ARE TAKEN TO THE INMIGRATION OFFICE FOR PROCESSING AND GETTING DEPORTED
