Oreo Cheesecake recipe!!!!

1 pkg. (1 lb. 2 oz.) OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided

1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs

PREHEAT oven to 350°F if using a 9-inch silver springform pan (or to 325°F if using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Finely crush 30 of the cookies. Coarsely chop remaining 15 cookies; set aside. Mix crushed cookies with butter. Press firmly onto bottom and 2 inches up side of pan; set aside.

BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Gently stir in chopped cookies. Spread into prepared crust.

BAKE 55 minutes to 1 hour or until set. (If necessary to prevent top from overbrowning, tent with foil during last 15 to 20 minutes of baking time.) Cool completely on wire rack.

REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours. Run knife or metal spatula around side of pan to loosen cake; remove side of pan before serving.

I was looking for recipes too and I found this recipe for No bake Oreo cheesecake cupcakes! I have not tried them yet but they sound delicious. You'll Need: 12 Oreo cookies 4-5 crushed Oreos 12 cupcake holders 1 tub of Cool Whip 1 8oz. package of Cream Cheese Sprinkles (optional) 1/2 cup of sugar What you'll do: Mix sugar and cream cheese. Once blended well, add Cool Whip. Mix that together for a few minutes. Place Oreo cookies inside cupcake cups to make the crust. Spoon out the sugar, cream cheese cool whip mix on top of the Oreo cookies. Add sprinkles if you'd like and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. I put the cupcake cups into the actually cupcake pan and placed the whole pan in the fridge so they didn't tip over. As I said before, I have not tried them yet but I am making a trip to the store today to get al the ingredients to make them because they count too good to pass up! Enjoy!
