The thing here is that I've got problems doing things before I think. Does anyone have any ideas how to improve or fix it?

I wondering how to fix or at least improve it because it has gotten me into trouble.

This is an Impulse control issue. Impulse control is what we learn as we grow up in society. Children are taught to "stay out of the cookie jar", and "not to stare" and "don't be a bully" you get my drift. Hopefully, as we get older, we begin to automatically repress our impulses so we don't get in hot water. Apparently, you haven't learned this. This is why our prisons are overcrowded, and so many people have addictions. You need a REALLY good therapist, and some practical impulse control tactics to utilize. Try snapping your wrist with a rubber band BEFORE you make any rash decisions. Good Luck.

Industry teaches workers to "take time to think about something before you jump". Make that your habit. Take a minute before you snatch, grab and break something.
Another is "Take five and stay alive". Good luck. Pops

Stop and think of what you are doing and what it or whaterver it is your thinking of might do to others or yourself.Try to learn how to control your thoughts it will take practice. When you have you can do almost anything you want.
