Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs and 73 inches. You can buy Isagenix from http://www.thedetoxlife.com/ Good luck.

Talk to your doctor first. There are medicines available for help with weight loss but it should only be used under a doctors care & with a lifestyle change as well. I understand what you are going through! I lost 40 pounds on the South Beach diet and am currently using HMR replacement meals under my Doctor's care. You can do it without pills but it requires commitment and patience. Good luck!

My mom was around that much over weight too. Untill about a year ago she found out it was her Thyroid I don't know if I spelled that right, anyway, it causes weight gain, and some other stuff. Ask your docter, their's a perscription the docter gave my mom. My mom got to her target weight! It's atleast worth a try. : )

Goodluck!

Not a good idea, unless yo want to be dependent on them for the rest of your life. Maybe you could spend the money on a nutritionist instead, they can give you tools that will last a lot longer than the pills; cuz they ain't cheap! I saw that some ohers cautioned you against pills because of the health hazards, I also agree with them. Pills act like legalized speed in an effort to speed up your metabolism. Steer clear of them if you dont want to become a yo-yo dieter. Good Luck
