Project Management Professional Certification (PMBOK)...what is your experience passing the test for this?

I wonder how much effort i will need to put in to pass the test.
I have books my employer loaned me and my employer will pay for the test.
I have little difficulty passing skilsoft computer based modules on the subject. Can you give advice about passing the test?
BTW I have passed A+ and Net+, have an engineering degree and a master's in education. Just wondering about the level of this test.
