No, its very clear that the baby Mary was carrying was divinly concieved.

The angel came to Joseph to make sure he knew that Mary was not a slut and getting pregnant before she was married.

Joseph is Jesus "stepdad" for lack of a better term. I dont even know if Jesus ever called him Dad... it doesnt specify in the bible because there isnt a lot to say about Joseph.

If Jesus is not God we all perish in our sin. I encourage you to study the word of God in its entirety and see that it is all in agreement and is all the true word of God.It was God's plan from creation to atone for his creation edit: Jesus was the seed of David through Mary but was the house of David through
Joseph also both Mary and Joseph were decendants of David.

No. If Jesus were his baby, he would not have wanted to put Mary away "privily", or quietly hide her pregnancy and shame. The angel had to convince him to go ahead and marry Mary so that her pregnancy could be considered legitimate. Her child was from God and Joseph accepted that.

Please read:
Matthew 1:18-21 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise:
When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.
Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily.
But while he thought on these things, behold the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.
And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS; for he shall save his people from their sins.

There is no written record about what happened in the conception of Jesus other for the Biblical account, You may not like it, you may reject it completely but you have no way to show any evidence that what is said in scripture isn't the way it actually happened... Jim

If "Maury" would have been around 2,000 years ago... do you think Joseph would have demanded a paternity test...

MAURY POVICH: Joseph! ... you are NOT the father!!

JOSEPH: I knew it! I knew it! Who was it Mary? That Roman soldier who's always around? Was it that sheep hearder who's always lookin at you all funny?

MARY: Joseph I swear it was an angel!

JOSEPH: Ya well when I catch that angel I'm gonna use my hammer and beat the pulp out of it!

MAURY POVICH: Say, who let all these barnyard animals in my studio any ways? That goat just peed on my leg!

There is a school of thought that teaches that. The assumption is that since people are not born of virgins, it could not have happened. However, this assumes that God is a very weak God, incapable of impacting the world He created. The very nature of true miracles is that the natural laws of our world are suspended.

No, it wouldn't have worked. Jesus had God for a Father and Mary for a mother. Jesus was human and God at the same time.
