helps all stuffy and runny noses and you breath very clear.
you can find it at just about any drugs store or grocery store .
Rub some on your chest and/ or under your nose ( under the nose works alot better )

run up and down a corridor for three and a half minutes, then blow very hard through your nose. It works! The exercise enlargens the nasal cavities, you see?

it works wonders... never ever a stuffy nose again. No allergies period.
I use it and my husband does too.
