Note: Any type of container can be deemed to be a diplomatic pouch, from a bag to a crate - it basically means that the container, if properly marked, is under the protection of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.

Because governments wanted to bring papers and things into the country without being asked what they were, so they decided to make an exception for diplomats.
I would like to see the abolished as I am sure they are being abused.

Embassies have secret information and sensitive date that needs to be sent without the host country going through it.
