I recently bought a DVD of a French movie (legal copy), that I couldn't find in the states. The problem is that it's in Zone2 and my DVD player is Zone1. So is there a program, preferably low cost or free, that I can use to reburn my DVD so that it will play on my TV instead of my computer?

You can rip it with DVDFabDecryptor,
then shrink it with DVD Shrink.

Then burn with Nero.

Then you can play on any DVD Player!

If you just want to play it on your computer, you can change teh region code of each drive up to 5 times. Just pop the DVD in and the computer will ask you to change region codes.

All programs are free or have a free trial, google for links.

You have to use a region free DVD player. DVD players in north america in almost every store that sells them aside from special stores that sell region free players are region 1 only. Region encoding is in place to prevent piracy and copyright infringement.

that's not 'zone', that's observed as a 'center'. properly, in any computing device, everywhere between 40 to 50 ranges is fantastic. yet nonetheless, the cooler, ther extra suitable. additionally, I somewhat have HEARD that AMDs warmth up extra suitable than Intels. the traditional working temperature of an generic Intel twin-center processor would desire to be 40, while for the comparable with an AMD, this is approximately fifty.
