Why not make a Turducken which has been all the rage this Thanksgiving?There are a lot of recipes on the internet too. It is a turkey stuffed with a duck which has then been stuffed with a chicken. They should all be deboned by your butcher to make it easier. Good luck!

The best dressing ever

Brown #1 sausage and saute onions and celery in the same skillet when done with sausage. I like to use seasones bread cubes mix it in a big bowl with enough water to make it moist. Its awesome.

it is best NOT to stuff the cavity as it doesn't cook evenly. better to put a small amount in the cavity...try chestnut and browned sausage meat
