There isn't an official Chanukkah wrapping paper, but a blue and silver theme is predominant in a lot of the paper you can buy. The may have to do with the fact that silver is what a lot of Chanukkiahs are made from and blue from the colour of the Magen David (star of David) on the Israeli flag.

Here are some directions to make your own paper:

Instructions to make wrapping paper for Hanukkah gifts.
Materials Needed:

Large White or Blue Paper
White or Blue Paint
Hanukkah Shaped Cookie Cutters or Sponges
Instructions:
Dip the cookie cutters or sponges into paint and press them on the paper to make designs. Use blue paint on white paper or white paint on blue paper.

I have seen many different Hanukkah wrapping papers- as it is traditional to give Hanukkah gifts, it would make sense that their would be paper to wrap them in - some wrap in plain silver, white and / or blue paper, I have seen some that just say Happy Hanukkah in Blue and silver (much like you see Merry Christmas on other wrappings) there are some with stars of David, dreidel, and menorrah decorations.
Generally for Hanukkah, you see a lot of blue and white, often dressed up with silver- this is the color of Israel's flag. I don't know if there is some other reason for those specific colors.

Yes , there is Hanukkah wrapping paper. You can get it at party stores , and in larger cities with Jewish sections , there are stores where you can buy it.
You can also make your own with white butcher paper , potatoes cut into Hanukkah symbols ,and different shades of blue and silver paints. You could also sprinkle glitter on the wet paint.
Hanukkah is not a major Jewish holiday , but it is a festive one , and fun !

This is long so I will break it down for you. Another time a Son was away from home and his Father worried about him all the time as the son left angrily and the father had not seen him in years. The father was very ill and not expected to live a few years later and the son wanted to come home and ask for forgiveness of what he had done, and the father had given him a Bible years earlier for a present. the son called home when he got the news about his father, and his father told him he was welcomed back home but his time was short. The son asked the father for the money to get a bus ticket and the father told him that he had the means to buy one and always had. As time went on and the father passed away, the son arrived heart broken and was so sad and miserable that he was not there at his fathers passing and was grief stricken. The son remembered the Bible that his father had given him a few years earlier and opened it, and stuck between the pages was a Hundred Dollar bill with the words written on it, "I forgive you of everything because I love you and there is always a place for you here. The son broke down and cried as all he had to do was open the Bible and read it and the money would have fell out at his feet.

Chanukah wrap would have Jewish holiday symbols on it - such as menorahs and dreidels. Blue, silver or white paper is fine - and I've never had anyone complain about snowflakes if you don't want to purchase paper specific for Chanukah if you only have one or two Jewish friends to wrap gifts for.

You can get "Jewish" wrapping paper - Hannukah paper would very likely have candles, dreidels, menorahs, etc. The color can be anything, but often you will see blue as the dominant color, since the Israeli flag is blue and white.

I wrap my boss' (who's Jewish) presents every Hanukkah; I just buy blue and silver wrapping paper. I rarely ever find any with dreidels, menorahs, etc., so just plain works fine.

there's specific hanukkah wrapping paper, with stars and dreidels and all that jazz, usually in blue and white or silver.

there's also generic winter gift wrapping presents, usually with snowflakes or snowmen or something of that sort. this is good because you can use it for all sorts of presents for friends of every religion.
