I think I'm overweight and I need a workout that doesn't involve going to the gym. All I have to work with is a treadmill, and exercise bike, and 3, 5, 8, and 10 pound dumbbells. Can anyone tell me an at-home workout that really worked for them? Thank you so much!

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I'm focusing on my gynormous thighs. I also want to make my stomach flatter. I need help! People say I'm thin, but I don't feel thin. I just want to be in shape and feel good about myself. Thanks.

They give you a meal and fitness planner. You get support from members and experts. They have great recipes and articles.
Real neat site.

Enjoy!

P.S. Hydroxycut is not a good supplement and can do damage to the heart.

God Bless!

Dieting to make your metabolism work faster.
if you want there is this supplement that helps fasten your metabolism it's called hydroxicut and you can buy it on-line.
in about 2 weeks your metabolism will have fastened up.
it just strips the fat off of your body and it makes and your appetite with me easier to satisfy and then you'll be eating smaller and getting fuller than usual.
walk for one hour on your treadmill and then do some light weights to get your arms used to the weight don't start lifting too heavy as it may pull something in your arms.
start with the small and then in a few weeks change to the bigger.
the bike is good for the legs so do that for about 30 minutes for as long as you can and make sure you drink lots of water.
cut out any sugars or cut down.
eat junk food less and you'll be slimmer faster.
good luck.

You need to concentrate on cardio to lose the size in your thighs. You need to learn what your target heart rate is for your age and pick cardio exercises that stay within your fat burning zone. Walking uphill is a good cardio workout for burning fat.

You can't "target" weight loss however. You will lose fat in your thighs, but you will also lose weight all over.

well, you could just do aerobic exercises on the treadmill or bike. Then throw in a couple of strength building with the weights.
