Capital One gives very small credit cards ($300) to people with low or no credit scores, and then increases the credit line as on-time credit history develops.

just about every credit card company has a program, where you can apply for a secured credit card. You put up the $200 and then you have $200 line of credit.

You can get credit one of several ways.Bcuz you dont have credit you will have to build it up.What i did was go to a little jewerly store and open an acct by buying a ring and getting put on a pymt plan so it will start to help build credit,You can also be placed as an auth user on someone else's credit which we will help you establish credit.or if you are a college student your bank or credit card company will allow you to open a small student credit card.So choose one and start to build your credit.

yeah everybody starts somewhere. it wont be very big, probably $1000-5000 limit pending on your income (but you shouldnt have that much debt anyway)

id see if your bank offers credit cards, because then you can set it up so you can pay it online and manage your checking account at the same place which is convenient

You can probably get one very easily, but the terms probably won't be very good (high interest rate), so make sure you pay it off in full every month until you build a history, then you can get a better one with a lower rate.
