The date that wasn't a date went well, now what?

I went out with a guy I like - alone - and found it a very fun and enjoyable night. Talked; got to know little facts about what we want in life, flirt - all that. It was a casual date if it was one at all.

Now I want to know if I should ask to see him alone again? Seeing as I don't think he will - too busy with his life - or don't know where to go/what to do.

Or should I tell him I like him first and see what happens?

Talk to him (face to face best, call or email if you have to). Tell him "I really had a fun time the other night, I know you have a very busy life but I would really like to go out to dinner with you soon". Just like that. If he likes you, he will make time for you. Good luck, let us know what happens.
