Yes I use it. With cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried a 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. I haven't used this product but others that are similar. Yes, it does work and you feel healthier too. You can loose alot of weight just by ridding your system of unwanted waste
