take lemon juice and (actually from a lemon not a bottle) squeeze it on your hair and stay out side for a while in the summer when the sun is out then go wash it out repeat a couple of times that's what i did and it worked for me!

There is really no way you are going to go from dark dreads to blonde dreads with only the sun. Sun is only able to give natural looking highlights.
You can dye your dreads with chemical hair dyes. Consult your stylist about this, if they don't do it, find someone who can.

cheaply with out drying your hair out bad - lemon juice- sun will speed up the blonde process. I don't think that any hair color kits would work with dreads- you would get the gunk stuck in them. Just putting lemon juice on them should work. It is a slower process (1-2weeks) but works great.

a slower way to sun dye them would be to spray peroxide on your dreads....that is also alot more natural looking...applying heat will speed up the lightening effect(hair dryer)
