if you cook spinach does that kill off salmonella and ecoli?

You need to boil it... if you saute it, you run the risk of not killing al lthe E Coli.

Just ask those kind folks at Taco Bell....

NO!!!!!

The recent posionings said it's in the plant itself. So, yes cook the spinach, but no, it won't always get rid of it.
