I need help on how I can stop constantly thinking about this certain person. And its NOT obsessed as in love or lust. (This person is a woman 26 yrs old, I'm 16 so yea). It's someone I actualy know btw.

You need to stop it cold turkey. Stop seeing the person if you have to. Basically you need to get it in your head that nothing can happen between the two of you because of the age difference. The faster you realize that nothing will ever come of your obsession, the faster you can stop obsessing and move on.
