It is thought that deja vu occurs when you encounter a situation that reminds you of a dream you had that you do not remember.

The majority of dreams that people experience are not remembered. Usually, a dream is only remembered if it was a nightmare that forced that someone to awaken, or if one was awoken in the midst of a dream. The majority of dreams are not remembered by our conscious minds, but stored subconsciously.

These subconscious dreams can often be prophetic, indicating something that has not happened, but is likely to occur. When you encounter this situation that was foreseen subconsciously, you remember knowing about it, but do not understand how you know it. That is deja vu.

deja vu is simply experiencing something and having the feeling that it is not the first time when it actually is the first time.
Some believe it is something you might have dreamed about at one time or another, and when something occurs that vaguely seems the same as your forgotten dream it is called deja vu.
It is purely coincidence and has no PHYSIC meaning.

When I experieced it in this house I have never been in before my body was physically in the now, but it was also some place in the past doing what it was doing in the past; I don't recall exactly what it was it was so jumbled, like I was in a fast motion picture show and couldn't make hide or hair of anything, still I was there.

It refers to the feeling you sometimes get that this moment has happened before. I think the literal translation is "seen again" or something like that. Some people think it is caused by remembering something that happened to you in a previous life, a dream, an alternate universe, or simple split-second brain lapse.
