I have a guy friend at work. I happened to be smiling in his direction and he looked for a minute, but then went back to work. Also, he came from another direction and happened to kinda looking me, but this was after I saw him. Then he left without saying bye and he normally says bye. what do you think?

I think that it was just a weird reaction. Maybe he was really busy? Do you like him? maybe he has a girl that he likes already
