that will depend on:
1:the kind of hair you have
2:how you take care of it
3:if your starting from micro braids or braids.

if you have silky hair than it will be about 3/4 of a centameter

if you take care of it (wash it oil it ect.) then it will be about 1/2 of a centameiter

if you start from micro braids then it will be about 1/4 of a centameiter

if you start from braids then they will be about 1 centamiter

MAKE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF THEM!!!!
if you dont then they will come undone(trust me i have tried to regrow them back 2 times!!)
just make sure they are oiled and get the twisted about every 2 months. you dont thave to take them down just keep them the way they are and just twist.

hope it all works out =)

Ankle Lock, hands down because its a serious shoot wrestling move. Any other move you'd have a hard time locking in in a fight unless you seriously outweighed or outstrengthed* your opponent. If you look at the UFC fight where Lesnar got beat, it was because of a modified footlock and while watching it, it may not look like it hurt, but any judo or legit martial art submission hold I would take as more painful than your average wrestling move. If you were not to tap out to a legit judo ankle lock, leg lock, or foot lock, you could end up walking messed up for the rest of your life.

It all depends on how much hair is twisted or if you decide to combine them. You can make them as small as a string of yarn or as thick as your finger.
