contact info should be on the statement you should have received in the mail saying you didnt pay for last years taxes

The IRS does not receive your state return. If you're looking for your state refund, most Dept. of Revenue offices have a tax refund line so you can check the status. If cannot do this or you still believe the information to be incorrect, you should call the Dept. of Revenue office direct and speak to a representative.
If you need the status of your federal return, go to the IRS.gov website and click "Where's my refund?".

There is no such thing as PA state IRS. The PA Department of Revenue is the best place to ask about a missing state refund.

GO ONLINE TO www.irs.gov, and you should be able to find out wha you need in reference to your state.
