Hello there.

Yes, there is a Holbeche House In Staffordshire which today is a private nursing home. It is also sometimes known as "Holbeach House"

The original home of Stephen Stephen Littleton, Holbeach House was twenty two miles from Hagley, just across the Staffordshire border and two miles above Kingswinford.

Although a great deal of construction has recently taken place, which has resulted in the destruction of the remnants of the old water-mill, you can still see traces of the original wall that surrounded the property. Even more interesting is the existence of a tunnel in the dining room that, according to legend, led to another property. It was a surprising find, as none of the Plot literature has ever mentioned this tunnel, although it was certainly in existence in 1605.

I hope this helps you.
