I went to a specialist since I really do have dark circle under my eyes. I was told even I am light skin, it's very common with people of a dark skin and has to do something with the blood circulation and age. Cure-not really use make up-if you are female.

Well, I just took my kid to the doctor today and they said that it could be caused by allergies.
