i have a 'hinari lifestyle' combination microwave, convection oven and grill. How do i use the defrost?

I have lost the instructions and there is no actual 'defrost button' any ideas? when i press microwave i can choose between p-90 and p-10 but no def for defrost. Any ideas anyone?

Look up the manufacturer's web site. At the very least you will find a way to contact them for help, maybe the manual will be there on line for you.
