The following is what I calculated for 100 gms of cheese from the data available :

Feta cheese - 264 Cal, 21.3 gms Fat, 73% Fat Cal 493 mg calcium

Cheddar Cheese - 403 Cal, 33.1 gm Fat, 74% Fat Cal, 721 mg calcium

You will notice that the Cheddar cheese has more calories per gram, because it is denser. they both have about the same percent of calories from fat. Because the cheddar cheese is denser, the cheddar cheese also has more calcium.
