Landis is still listed as the winner of the 2006 Tour de France but is not considered by Tour officials to be the champion.

However pending an investigation the decision of whether to strip him of his title will be made by the International Cycling Union.

Last year's Tour was won by Lance Armstrong. Unfortunately, the powers that be may strip Floyd Landis of this year's title.

When you're up against an entire country's government as well as high-priced media negativity, there's not much you can do to prove your innocence.

In my book, Floyd did and always will have won the 2006 Tour de France.
