I'd bite it back!!

When my kitten and puppy were biting a lot, I think they were both teething when they were young. I bought both of them teething toys I bought at pet stores, Target, Walmart, a few online, wherever I found them (toys that were labeled with teething or chew toys). Then when they were chewing people or furniture, I would give them the toys instead. I never resorted to yelling or slapping the animals because I think teething and chewing are probably a painful and natural part of kittens and puppies lives.

With my kitten it seemed to be a phase, thank goodness, but I still have to give my dog bones sometimes because he loves to chew even though he's grown (he's part Lab and chow). But he's definitely doing it a lot less frequently and he's not chewing on people anymore which is a relief.

hmmmm really y you need to give more details does he bite everyone including you? or does he just bite strangers? well i have a cat that attacks strangers or like new ppl he dose`nt know like if my friends come over he`ll stalk them and try to attack if its like that then you cat is just Territorial and like a guard cat, then just put him in a room when ppl come over if he bites everyone no exclusion then maybe hes playing or teething but if its a serious not playing bite then i think if its everyone you should take your cat to a vet maybe its a internal problem that's causing him pain and your cats decided to take it out on everyone

Is the cat being provoked are just it just do it at random? I would spray her with water if at random and stop messing with her if provoked. Cats are very space conscious creatures and if they feel threatened with attack or run. Sounds like you've got an attacker on your hands. Just give the cat her space.

i would carry a spray bottle around with me and squirt the cat when it bites someone or does something bad . cats hate water. it will eventually learn not to do bad things or it will get sprayed.
do not put vinegar like someone said because it will start smelling.

Use a squirt bottle with water and a little vinegar every time your cat does something you don't want it to. A squirt in the face doesn't hurt it, but they don't like it, and the vinegar just reinforces that. It also works on dogs.

A squirt gun and consistancy. You may get a little we, but this method works so good. Cats are so hard to reason with. They understand the squirt gun though.
