I have a guy who flirts with me but has never asked me out.

He may be too shy. Sometimes girls intimidate guys, because they are pretty/outgoing/nice etc. The guy sometimes thinks he has no shot with the girl, and therefore never asks her out. Same thing happens when a girl wants to make the first move on a guy but chickens out. Just keep flirting with the guy and be his friend and make him feel comfortable, and hopefully he will start feeling better about asking you out and gain some confidence. Good luck!

That is not true. My current boyfriend asked me out?
then again, you can always drop subtle hints... like : " you're so much fun! we should hang out sometime" or if he likes a similar activity with you drop a hint of a little challange.
before we became "official" I told my boyfriend that I would kick his butt in pool... hes like "what!" and the next weekend we were playing pool. lol!
I flirted my way through, won a game out of 6, then we went for dinner afterwards and some hot make-out session right after (teehee!)

well cuz 80% of all guys want the girls to make the first move not them, one there chicken, two they might mess up on their speach and three they r stupid and girls r better

usually because he is afraid of rejection. i think that's a load of crock personally. either that or he is really not interested in you as anything more than a friend and just had a flirtatous personality.
