I prefer traditional but that includes many traditional menus from turkey to standing rib roast with lots of sides and a great table setting.

Depends on whom I'm serving. This year--American traditional. Turkey, stufffing, trimmings. But traditional varies in families. Real "traditional" in my family is Polish/eastern European foods though like REAL kielbasa (none of that Ekrich stuff), cabbage, ham, and different pastries.

But I like to keep it varied depending on what I'm doing that holiday and who I will be feeding! I like to cook, so I'll experiment and mix it up. We'll probably have something my family wouldn't consider traditional (Polish ethnics, live in midwest) with some southern foods like pecan pie and key lime pie too. Just because they're good to eat!

I prefer good food. We usually have shrimp and turkey, sometimes together.
