I haven't heard of a specific training class for a deaf dog but if you attempt to sign up for any obedience class you should be able to do it with a deaf dog. Most obedience classes are taught to use hand signals and voice commands in case your dog can't hear you either due to age or distance but can still see you. The lowest priced training I've come across is the Santa Clara Training club out at the fairgrounds, than next would be Petsmart, Petco...price goes up when you go to private facilities. If you want more individual training you can see an animal behaviorist...but any good obedience trainer should be able to work with you and your deaf dog.
