nothing. happiness comes from within, not without. the moment your happiness hinges on things outside of you, it will never be truly happiness. it is dependence. all of the things you listed are temporary, and placing your happiness in anything means that you will be unhappy the moment it is taken away from you. it is a conditional "happiness."
only happiness can make you happy.

sunshine, peace of mind, my heart and body intact with no pain, my next breath of fresh air, my angels always with me, my loving fiance, my family together, enough money to get me through life, a decent car to get me from here to there, a house to keep over our heads during a heavy storm, and most of all the lord watching over me helping me everyday one day at a time
