Breakfast: Will be a sausage-egg casserole made the night before that I can toss in the oven when we wke up (...at O-Dark:30...)
Lunch: Filet Mignon, Lobster Tails, Roasted Asparagus w/ Parmesan, Twice-Baked Potatoes (or maybe once-baked [regular] baked potatoes, not sure yet), Yeast Rolls, not sure about dessert yet!
Supper: probably something easy, like grilled turkey sammies w/ chips or something.

Breakfast, an old tradition - smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, fresh baked roll and champagne
Dinner - was going to be turkey, but a friend went on a shoot Saturday, so I've got 2 brace of pheasant hanging. Christmas pudding, of course, with port and stilton to finish us off.
Supper will just be cold meats, cheeses and pickles. I've had enough of the kitchen by then.

Breakfast: Orange slices, tequilla sunrises, and assorted baked goods (muffins, probably). We combine lunch and dinner with a big meal. Linner: Ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, these awesome cornflake/sour cream potatoes, and jello (strange, I know). Then for dessert, we make pies (pumpkin and pecan) or cookies and ice cream.
Oh, and on Christmas Eve we do a big Mexican food buffet (enchiladas, tamales, rice, beans, etc.)

I'll be making a turkey roast, with homemade mashed potatoes, gravy (of course), green bean casserole, stuffing, and biscuits. For dessert I'm making a chocolate pecan pie and I'm also going to make some peanut butter fudge. Yummy!!

Who knows. . nothing traditional I'm sure, Thanksgiving just fills me up on all of that. I'm thinking either steaks/salad or pizza!
