I know this old dude whom I hate. He works with me but he always tries to get smart with me one way to another. If I whoop his *** outside work place, Can he call cops on me?

He can call the cops on you because you hit him. No matter were it was. But if I was you I would still whoop his a**!!!!

Yes, he can call the cops on you. If you have a clean record as an adult you will probably get probation if you don't do permanent damage. Just enough to scare him. If you work for a company that has rules about representing the company brand you might lose your job. By the way, posting this here shows premeditation and perhaps malice - not good for you!!!

Be the bigger person and get over it. And YES, he can call the cops on you and you WILL get in trouble if he presses charges. Its not worth it for just a few stupid punches:P
