where/how would i ship refrigerated goods.. i am looking for a companie that will ship refrigerated goods such as stakes and how would i do this......

i allready have the stakes and there rather expensive and i want to ship to my family a few states away before christmass

use dry ice...

I am not sure why the skates --oh steaks--have to be refrigerated but I know that you can ship cold items with dry ice prob through UPS or FEDEX. I mean I know from working at a restaurant they do it with meat all the time.

Call UPS or FEDEX for instructions. You will probably have to go out and buy dry ice for the packaging. Dry ice is frozen CO2 gas by the way and make sure you don't touch it with your bare hands either.
