There were no immigrations laws when the pilgrims came here. Learn to live in the present not the past, Laws are in place for a reason and all people need to obey them. There is no excuse for breaking the law.

No it doesn't make sense because you cannot understand the basic concept of laws. Every soverign nation has laws about who can live within its borders.
This country is not bound by anything that happened in the past. We get to make any laws we want to make at any time. If you don't like the laws that say some people can come and others cannot, then, if you are a citizen, you can vote to change them. If you are not, then you need to get a little more education so you can understand that this country is a SOVERIGN NATION WITH LAWS. As a soverign nation, we do not owe anything to poor foreigners who want to live here. It doesn't matter who built the country, it doesn't matter who the territiry used to belong to. History is irrelevant when it comes to enforcing immigration laws. Neither your nor anyone else's twisted idea of social justice is the basis of how things are run here. Laws are. Please get that through your thick skull.

I believe that while an American born child is in the custody of illegal parents, for the sake of keeping the family together the entire family must return to their Country of origin. However I also believe that once the child reaches a designated age of independance, say 18 maybe.
They should be allowed to present an American Birth Certificate to the NSA and their process towards full citizenship should somehow be expedited at that time if they choose to declare their citizenship of origin.
No matter what, I would not deny them that choice.

You seldom make sense and it sounds like you've been sipping the fine wine a little early today. Has it ever occurred to you that a disaster here would send millions of illegal US citizens swarming into Mexico? Our needs would give us the right, you know. And since we were so welcoming to them here we would demand and take immediate citizenship there? Would you guys like that? I guess it won't matter. We'll take what we want much like you all do. And wave our big pretty flag! And make lots of pretty babies! You like babies, don't you? Have a nice day!
I usually try to give you a better answer but you don't seem to be here for answers. You'd hate and disagree with anything I had to say. Even if I said the sky is blue.

No they should not be considered legal. If we keep letting all these illegals in and they keep getting jobs and then sending the money back to whatever country they came from then the American economy will crash try reading the book "Mexifornia" it explains all this how history shows that a nation that trys to have more then one culture will soon die. This is America if they want to speak and read Mexican then they need to go to Mexico and live there. I'm tired of supporting them.

Well, immigration is a weird issue. I guess we should all just go back to Europe, and Africa, and Asia, and those people who are of different races will just have to slice themselves up so they can go back to all the different places they were from.
Should illegal imigrants children be considered citizens? I suppose so, since they've been granted that right. The main problem is that the parents are not considered legal citizens unless they have applied for citizen ship.

When the pilgrims arrived, They arrived to a land that had no government. This was not a country. they made it into one with laws, rules and regulations. they brought with them their cultures, beliefs and religions. The USA was built on that.

NO they should not. I like the intentions of people who want to protect the illegals but the reality is that if we allowed all who wanted in to just come on we would be living in a very unhealthy, seedy, crime infested, diseased place.
